Attention Jurupa Valley Mobilehome Owners— Learn about FREE repairs

Dear Friend:

If you are a mobilehome owner in Jurupa Valley you might be eligible for funds from the state’s Manufactured Housing Opportunity & Revitalization Program (MORE) Program through the City of Jurupa Valley. The program allows mobilehome owners in the City of Jurupa Valley to finance home repairs of individual mobilehomes. Allowable repairs include eliminating code violations, substandard conditions, and health and safety issues such as:

• Plumbing
• Roofing
• Electrical
• Heating 
• Accessibility Upgrades
• Energy Efficiency Upgrades
• Other qualified work (per CA Title 25) Free Mobilehome Residency MRL handbooks will also be available to those who rsvp and attend.
