Don’t Miss Our Mobilehome Rights Workshop May 16!
Dear Neighbor,
Understanding your rights as a member of a mobilehome community can sometimes be a challenge. My office would like to help by offering a Mobilehome Rights Workshop on Saturday, May 16, where attendees can learn about key topics such as tenant protections, rent control, protections against illegal evictions, and receive valuable resources to help our neighbors better understand and advocate for their rights.
We’ll also have a Q&A session, so that you can ask questions of our state and local partners, the California Department of Housing and Community Development, and Inland Counties Legal Services.
Spanish interpretation will be available, with ASL interpretation available upon advance request.

Comprender sus derechos como residente de una comunidad de casas móviles a veces puede ser un desafío. Mi oficina desea ayudarle ofreciéndole un Taller sobre Derechos en Comunidades de Casas Móviles el sábado 16 de mayo. En este taller, los asistentes podrán aprender sobre temas clave como la protección de los inquilinos, el control de alquileres, la protección contra desalojos ilegales y recibir recursos valiosos para que nuestros vecinos comprendan mejor sus derechos y puedan defenderlos.
También tendremos una sesión de preguntas y respuestas para que pueda consultar con nuestros socios estatales y locales, el Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Comunitario de California y los Servicios Legales de los Condados del Interior.
Habrá interpretación al español disponible, y se ofrecerá interpretación de Lengua de Señas Estadounidense (ASL, por sus siglas en inglés) previa solicitud anticipada.
