Consulate of Guatemala

Domestic Violence Advocacy Project
- Free legal services to qualifying low-income persons and seniors. Help with restraining orders, divorces, and child support related to domestic violence.
TODEC Legal Center
- TODEC works to ensure equitable access to information, immigration legal services, community education, advocacy, and civic engagement for limited and non-English speaking people including immigrants and migrant workers throughout Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo, and Imperial counties.
Inland County Legal Services
- Provides various public benefits and has eight practice groups specializing in different areas of law, along with a free tenant housing hotline staffed by legal advocates assisting with eviction/housing issues. Free legal assistance to low-income and seniors.

Inland County Legal Services Family Law Access Project at the Riverside Court
- The Family Law Access Project provides free legal assistance and document preparation for the Larson Justice Center in Indio and Riverside Superior Court, for issues including:
- Divorce
- Domestic Violence Restraining Orders
- Paternity Actions
- Child Custody and Visitation
- Child Support
- Spousal Support
Inland Counties for Immigrant Justice

Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino
- Offers a variety of legal clinics, legal support, along with self-help services in the following areas:
- Family Law, including divorce, child custody, and support
- Paternity issues
- Housing matters, encompassing landlord-tenant disputes and unlawful detainers (evictions)
- Assistance with restraining orders in cases of domestic violence
- Fee waivers to alleviate financial burdens

San Bernardino County Bar Association
- Lawyer Referral Service that meets the California State Bar Association’s standards. They provide free consultations in many subjects; others require a nominal appointment fee.
- Legal Aid volunteers provide free consultations and services to low-income clients.
- Fee Arbitration Service assists clients in resolving disputes about an attorney's fees.
- Volunteer attorneys provide free consultation in the event of disasters.
San Bernardino County Family Law Facilitator
- Divorce and family law facilitator
- A family law facilitator is a lawyer with experience in family law who works for the superior court to help parents and children involved in family law cases with child, spousal, and partner support problems.
- The family law facilitator provides educational materials that explain how to establish parentage; and get, change, or enforce child, spousal, or partner support orders. The family law facilitator can also: Provide needed court forms; help fill out forms; help determine support amounts; and refer to one’s local child support agency, family court services, and other community agencies that help parents and children.
