Senate District 31 encompasses parts of Riverside and San Bernardino counties including the cities Corona, Eastvale, Fontana, Jurupa Valley, Menifee, Moreno Valley, Perris, Riverside and San Jacinto, and several other communities and unincorporated areas of Coronita, El Cerrito, Good Hope, Highgrove, Home Gardens, Lakeview, Meadowbrook, Mead Valley, Nuevo and Romoland.
