Mobile Home Rights Workshop

Senator Cervantes will once again host a Mobile Home Rights Workshop!

Attendees will learn about:

• Their rights as a member of a mobile home community
• The complaints process, including when and how to file
• Tenant protections, rent control, and protections against illegal evictions

Also, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions directly of state and local partners and receive valuable resources that will help mobile home residents better understand and advocate for their rights.
