On August 9, 2018, Senator Richard D. Roth stood before his colleagues on the Senate Floor and asked them to join him in adjourning in memory of a dedicated public servant: Woodie Rucker-Hughes. Woodie was a woman of grace, dignity and intense integrity. She is someone who will be sorely missed.
